“The Buzz” in Charisma Magazine

Glo, “The Bible for the Digital World,” is interactive software that brings the Bible to life through five “lenses.” The “Bible” lens
provides text in the traditional form; “Atlas”

presents biblical events geographically; “Timeline” presents events chronologically; “Topical” allows users to search by subject; and “Media” offers video, art, virtual tours and pictures. These lenses can also be used together to do even more detailed searches. For example, Glo allows users to find verses that feature Jesus speaking about redemption during the Passion Week in Jerusalem. Glo offers the New International Version of the Bible and its study notes, more than 500 virtual tours with 360-degree views, 7,500 encyclopedia articles, 2,400 photographs, 700 pieces of artwork, 3.5 hours of video, almost 150 maps and more. Users can also customize their Glo with MyGlo, which stores notes, bookmarks and reading plans. Glo will truly allow users to explore and immerse themselves into the Bible. And although Glo has specific requirements to function and can take several hours to install, the features, capabilities and experience will make any upgrades and

wait worthwhile. —LEIGH DEVORE
