I have a situation with Glo and I have e-mailed two support group and can not get an answer. The last personi I needed to talk the developer. I mistakenly order the media instead of the premium package. It was 24.99 when I tried to make the change now it is regular price. Can the person that can make that decision be contacted from this site?
